Why TellX?

The idea for TellX came from a deeply personal frustration. The founder has always been someone who genuinely wants to know how customers feel about his product — whether they are liking it, what excites them, and what problems they face. But the traditional feedback chain made this almost impossible.

Customers rarely shared what they truly felt, and when they did, it usually came too late. Most of the time, there was silence… and that silence caused more damage than any negative review ever could.

He realized that the real pain wasn’t the product issues — it was not knowing what customers were experiencing. When customers can’t share their thoughts easily, small problems grow, frustrations build, and brands lose the chance to fix things early. This gap between the customer experience and the company’s awareness created constant stress.

So he decided to solve it for himself. For one of his products, he created a simple way for customers to talk directly to him: a QR code that opened an instant chat. No long processes. Just a quick scan and a real conversation. The response was immediate. Customers began sharing openly, issues were resolved faster, and the product improved rapidly. The brand started gaining more trust and positioning itself better in the market — all because communication became simple.

Seeing how powerful this small system was, he knew it shouldn’t stay limited to just one product. If it solved his pain, if it helped him understand customers better, and if it strengthened his brand, then every business deserved the same solution. That is how TellX was born — from a founder’s personal need to understand his customers, and his desire to make that same clarity available to everyone.
